Dallas Gerke
As a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach and Certified Personal Trainer, Dallas is passionate about guiding you through safe and effective workouts tailored to your specific needs during the pre- & postnatal seasons.
She is a mom of 3 girls, wife, nurse*, and lover of the great outdoors. On her down time you can usually find her in the gym, on the lake, or curled up reading a book (when her kids allow it).
